Went into a store to make an exchange from an online order. I was told by the assistant manager that she had to call while I’m in store to request an exchange/return.

After 45 mins,she then told me that I would have to wait 7-10 days and that she would have to keep my products. I didn’t understand that process so I asked her to cancel the request. She then stated “That she was trying to help me out,but she doesn’t have to “. So I called customer service while I was still in the store and they said that online purchases can’t be exchanged in store.

And then they apologized and told the associate that she needed to give me my products back. So after all of that and over a hour I wasn’t able to get any correct information on how to make an exchange.
