There was a mistery hual at M.A.C online 7 days ago, and they said nothing about FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE or NON RETURN.........

On my shipment email, they said explicitly "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns in-store and by mail". However, when I call customer service, I am told that it was a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Since the item is no longer available online, they can say whatever they want. For the product, they promised the box would contain 7 full-size products. But there are 7 lip products and a travel size (mini) spray. Are you kidding me?

You are telling me that this travel size product is "full size"? Tell me this is not a fraud. M.A.C this is the way you treat your loyal customer.

If MAC stated clearly that the product is non returned, non exhcanged, I would have considered before purchasing. This is unacceptable.
