I arrive at 10:15 to get lashes. There was no one there a nice lady from another counter asked had I been helped NO.
I called the customer service line she found out they didnt own till 11:00am. By that time it was 10:55am I stated I would wait. Mind you the lady had texted the person that worked at the Mac counter. He got back to her about 11:15-11:20am stated he was off and for me to come back.
I had just left the doctors office and was out that way and wanted my lashes done. There was no other employee there to help. BAD BUSINESS.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Left the lashes were I thought they would be put on at I came back because the guy who originally did my first set was owesome

Firstly, I would like to take the time in appreciating your position in M.A.C which happens to be my all-time loyal cosmetic brand through the years. However, things have changed lately, in which I must highlight of my bummer experience.
I hope Aida that you could spare some time reading and then evaluate whether what I went through is acceptable or should never be experienced by any customers.
It all started when I was shopping for this coming Christmas for myself and family. Being in the pandemic in where the virus isn't going, nowhere anytime soon, I decided to shop online to stay safe and yet have the chance to get my cosmetics delivered to my doorstep thinking that it would be a wise choice, unfortunately not this time.
On the 28 Nov 21, I tried out shopping online on Lazada M.A.C Official Store and I inquired for a few types of lipsticks with the manufactured date of it such as the matte lipstick 3g,
Hey Frenchie love me lipstick 3g and Kuala Lumpur - Devoted but all that I got from the online platform agents was not much in terms of advising me on the manufactured date as I'm not pedantic but rather cautious when it comes to certain things. I'm sure we are all the same. Knowing your shelf life is only best for one.
The agents couldn't answer my simplest questions.
The last person name Vanessa who expects a customer to magically know or guess like some psychic in regard to the manufactured date of a lipstick couldn't help, and she even said in her exact words that "she is unable to provide a specific expiry date" cause there is a different team involved in that. Days and hours have past and yet Aida, I haven't heard from anyone ever since. There must be some sort of pragmatic approach and not ignorance when it comes to a business.
A person like you full of beans with a strong 18 years of experience in global and local brand management like Revlon Inc and your flexibility in leadership such as brand building, you tell me what would you have done? Did Vanessa do the right thing and was it acceptable?
How can an agent represent a brand without knowing the basics? Totally unacceptable! As a pioneer supporter of M.A.C, I feel very upset and dissapointed that none cared to assist me or at least try to go the extra mile.
I wonder what Philippe Pinatel would say as well if my memory happens to serve me right then I recall him saying that the brand is continuing to design by making smarter and more responsible choices without compromising and invite all consumers to join the journey but what turned out for me wasn't the same and sorry to say I don't feel any near to the journey that he speaks.
Whatever part of the world we are in, bottom line we are a family in M.A.C regardless of status or country of origin.
At least that is what I thought all these time. I hope for a legitimate reasoning in regard to this horrendous,unacceptable way I was treated and hope to hear soon.
